Metabolic Syndrome can be addressed by eating simple foods like our grandparents used to eat -  Meat, veggies.  Most importantly, it’s by avoiding the rest of highly processed, high carb, low nutrient garbage which is common in the Standard American Diet.  There is some new research about avoiding seed oils - soybean, canola, vegetable which are high in Polyunsaturated fats (PUFA).  Also, being a little bit active like gardening can help.  You don’t have to go to the gym for hours.

Dr. terry Wahls - reversed her Multiple Sclerosis by going Paleo and then Keto.

Dave Feldman - cholesterolcode.com - the scientists here would enjoy reading about his self experimentation with diet and it’s impact on cholesterol.  He is very careful about not promoting a theory such as cholesterol is good or bad.  He like to just search for data.  Very impressive.
