For able-bodied people who rarely or never get the flue—
Get busy identifying those around you who are weak and more susceptible (chronic disease, old age, immune-deficient, ignorance, etc.). Make sure they are able and willing to avoid crowds and unnecessary travels.
Within one’s power, identify critical supply chains (food, water, meds, gas, Internet) that might be interrupted and locate alternative sources.
Notice neighborhood structures that are suitable for emergency field hospital sites.
Up your activity level within your influence sphere to provide accurate and updated information. Try contacting the hospital first when someone suspect that he/she have the coronavirus rather than wait till they have difficulty breathing and rush to the emergency room.
ID (eventually) a reliable source of information regarding local medical responses/readiness and relevant policies. For example, medical insurance coverages and compensation for missed work.
Discover how to disinfect, as well as how to dispose of contaminated materials. One hospital was unable to find custodians so the son of the hospital head was it.
Possibly establish or volunteer for emergency transportation systems within the community.
Lastly, if you are worried that heaven won’t take you, get that straightened out in a timely manner. Suggestion: forgive family members.
