[islandlabs] strange mailing list behavior

So, I send a message to the mailing list.
Someone hits reply and it goes directly to me I think.  (It may also go to
the mailing list -- I'm not sure about this.)
I reply to the reply and now it's completely off the list -- not what I
intended.

I don't remember this happening before, now I have to double-check the
"To:" field every time.
When I reply to something from the mailing list, shouldn't the default be
to the mailing list and only the mailing list?
